Since 1988, Payrolling Partners Inc. (PPI) has provided administrative and HR support for small and not-so-small businesses in a range of industries; currently we serve nearly 700 clients in 20 states. We are members of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).


PPI operates as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) where we share employer responsibilities with our clients. This co-employment arrangement allows PPI to contractually assume substantial employer rights, responsibilities, and risk through the establishment and maintenance of an employer relationship with the workers assigned to our clients.  Meanwhile, our clients retain ownership of the company and manage the day-to-day activities of the employees.
